CITY OF PALM SPRINGS MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 10
All K-9s over 4 months of age shall have a valid dog license from the owner’s city or county of residence.
Female dogs need to be confined during their breeding period.
No animal shall be unattended in an enclosed vehicle.
All K-9s must have been administered and have a current anti-rabies vaccination.
License tag must be worn at all times of the day.
No habitual barking.
K-9 waste must be removed immediately by owner and disposed of in a sanitary manner.
K-9S Must be restrained by a substantial leash.
K-9S must be in effect controlled by the handler/owner.
No K-9 shall be permitted to be or run at large (Exception at the PS City Dog Park)
